Refund policy

Due to the most items being "MADE UPON ORDER", we do not refund or exchange on any items bought from the company. But if you have any major problems with your purchase please contact us within 3 days of receiving your items at info@mahjingwong.com.

All items are made from sizing chart measurements. If the item is non stretch and your measurements fall in-between sizes please go with the bigger size. 

Store Credit is granted by management decision only.

For items received after this time period, we reserve the right to deny your request. All items must have a tracking provided by the customer before any action is taken. All exchange items must be mailed back within 5 business days from granted exchanged. Please ensure you read all sizing/wash care info carefully before making your purchase and if you need any more info please contact us through the contact page.

NOTE: All items are " Made Upon Order",they are made with great care. Treat ordered items with respect, and be sure to follow care instructions on the care label.
