All Sales Are Final

Due to the nature of our production process, the majority of our pieces are made upon order. Each item is carefully crafted specifically for your purchase. For this reason, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges on purchases made through Mah-Jing Wong.

Sizing & Fit

All garments are made using the measurements provided in our sizing chart. We strongly encourage customers to review the sizing information carefully before placing an order.

For non-stretch garments, if your measurements fall between two sizes, we recommend selecting the larger size to ensure a more comfortable fit.

Exchange Requests

If an exchange is granted as an exception, the following conditions apply:

Customers must provide valid tracking information before any exchange action can be taken.

Approved exchange items must be mailed back within five (5) business days of exchange approval.

Requests submitted outside the designated time period may be denied.

All exchange requests are subject to review and approval by Mah-Jing Wong.

Care Instructions

All Mah-Jing Wong pieces are made upon order with attention to detail and care. We ask that customers treat their garments with care and follow all washing, handling, and maintenance instructions provided on the garment's care label.
